Isla is from Glasgow Scotland and she has struggled with self-image all her life. As a child, she struggled with feeling larger than her friends and in college took some unhealthy choices to try and fix that. After going to university Isla yoyoed through many diets and fitness programs with her weight going up and down. Isla has worked on cruise ships for the past 6 years and there she met Angie who had become a coach. She had tried some of the programs before but never really followed through all the way as going back to the sea can be a challenge. When COVID hit Isla and Angie started discussing the coaching opportunity and she made the life-changing decision to join the team. Since then she has gone from strength to strength becoming more confident in herself and growing a real passion for seeing other people succeed in their journey.
Carlie is from Liverpool in England and has always jumped in and out of fitness getting distracted by other joys that life that pulled her away from the healthy choices. Carlie is a videographer and met Isla at sea working on cruise ships. Together along with some other friends they made the decision to work out with T25 and do 25 minutes a day. The results were undeniable and she felt amazing. After coming back to land Carlie saw that Isla had decided to start coaching and they started talking about the opportunity and she decided to join the team. Since then she has completed more of the fitness programs and has gained amazing abs and arm muscles and is excited to begin the next challenge of 10 rounds. Are you ready to join her?
Gill is from Glasgow Scotland and is business partners with Isla at Buttered Host. Gill has tried every diet and every fitness program that is available out there so if you are looking for advice on any of them then Gill is your lady. She will however tell you that it is not about a fad diet or a short term fix but instead a lifestyle choice. Gill has found routine with doing Shaun Ts fitness programs and has become fitter than she ever thought possible. We believe that Gill will continue to get fitter as she gets older and we encourage others to join the journey. No matter where you are at in life it is important to prioritise your health as it wont get better until you start.
