Self Affirmation has become a buzz word in recent days and it is easy to think of someone telling themselves they are beautiful in a mirror. However, there is so much more to it than that. In this course, we are going to explore the science behind affirmations, the practicalities of how they work and why they feel weird when you do them. We take a real look at different ways that affirmations can be implemented into peoples lives and some practical examples to be used.
