Welcome to the Journals section of the Book Club!

We love space to write down our feelings and process them in a guided way. Sometimes it is easy to hold thoughts and feelings inside and those emotions can come out in other ways. By using a guided journal for a small amount of time each day you can really allow yourself that space to work through them or just ‘brain dump’ so that things don’t come out in a way that is unhelpful.
